Preserve the Harvest

If you’d like to learn more about growing and preserving your own food, join us at the Goshen Branch Library for Preserving the Harvest. Margaret Jenkins from the OSU Extension Office will explain basic fruit and vegetable gardening techniques for backyard, community, or container gardening. You’ll also learn how to safely preserve vegetables, fruits, jams, pickles and more. This lecture is designed to inform and inspire all skill levels, ages 12 and up, to grow, prepare, and preserve local foods. Please sign up for the lecture to save your place.
