The University of Vermont is a fantastic site to host the 2014 conference. In a state that has been at the forefront of the sustainable food movement, there will be numerous activities to take advantage of throughout the conference, including:

• Artisan cheese tours
• Farm tours
• Several Pre and Post-Conference events, including Food Systems Summit and The Dewey Kitchen Institute
A Call for Papers will begin in late October.
